Alma Hybrid CO2 Laser ProScan Applicator

This highly-advanced, automated ProScan scanner creates aligned, ultra rapid sequential focused lasing beams. The light, ergonomically designed ProScan has an effect that is simultaneously ablative, coagulative and thermal. As well as a galvanometric scanning motor and mirrors, ProScan has a cooled tip to enhance treatment safety and patient comfort. Enabling rapid coverage of large surface areas, the applicator offers a range of different scanning shapes and modes, for complete customisation.

1. Impact (Trans-epidermal delivery): Patented ultrasound technology creating acoustic pressure aids with delivery of cosmeceutical products into the skin, following an ablative treatment.
2. Pixel 7×7/9×9 (Low power & long pulses): Using a Diffractive Optical Element, CO2 energy is delivered in a grid of micro-pixels, creating a fractional ablative treatment with a strong thermal effect.
3. HyLight (50mm applicator): A focused applicator capable of lasing two wavelengths – 10600nm and 1570nm – enables cutting and coagulation in two spot sizes: 0.15-3mm for surgical applications, and 0.5-3.5mm for the treatment of acne and acne scars.
