Endymed Pure Plus designed for fractional skin resurfacing and treatment of skin roughness, hyperpigmentation, and wrinkles and scars on both facial and body. The FSR handpiece contains a matrix of 112 tiny electrodes, allowing for the first time simultaneous fractional micro-ablation of the epidermis, together with volumetric heating of 100% of the dermis.
This technology provides the capability to differentiate between micro-ablation and dermal heating which appears to be the optimal multi-layer treatment to affect aging skin and atrophic acne scars.
